第一步：参会注册（全体参会代表需完成）
每篇论文需要至少1名作者完成“参会注册” ，请参会代表扫描下面二维码，登录中国电工技术学会EENES参会报名系统，点击“立即报名/Registration”完成“参会注册”，并支付“会议注册费”（此费用不包含论文出版费。注册信息及开票信息务必填写准确，“会议注册费”发票中国电工技术学会后面会统一开具）。
会议注册费”只能支付到“中国电工技术学会”账号（汇款后需上传凭证），或者在注册系统直接在线支付。汇款账号如下：

英文EI论文注册请按照下面步骤完成。
第1步：下载“EENES注册材料模版”（点击下载） ，请严格按照“EENES注册材料模版”中的（1）《论文格式模板》和（2）《论文修改特别注意事项》进行修改完善(特别提醒：如还需对作者姓名及单位信息修改的，请务必在本次论文终稿提交时修改完毕。论文终稿提交编辑部之后，编辑部不允许修改任何作者信息)。
第2步：支付论文版面费
英文论文版面费只能汇款至下面账号，版面费电子发票请在注册后1周左右直接登录EENES版面费发票下载系统（点击此处）直接下载（注：由于发票开具限额问题，9月4日之后汇款的作者请支付至下面新账号，发票由本新账号开具。如果之前已经支付至原来账号，直接上传汇款凭证即可，不受影响，发票仍由原来账号开具，谢谢支持！）

第3步：提交 “英文论文注册材料”
